Offa’s Dyke footpath is a few miles away – Ty Famau can provide a pick-up/drop-off service for walkers (from either the Crown Inn at Llandegla or the Clwyd Gate Inn at Llanbedr). Loggerheads Country Park (01824 712757), 13 miles away, has some well-marked walks. It’s also home to the Clwydian Range Centre, with information on the local area, and a café.
