About Temevale Glamping
Suitable For
Glampers only. No tents, campervans or caravans. Well behaved dogs are welcome.Nearby
It's 10 miles to the West Midlands Safari Park (01299 402114) if you haven't had enough animals on the campsite itself. Or you can go a little wild yourself at Go Ape (03334 330858) in the Wyre Forest – high ropes and zip-lines in the trees (around 6 miles from the campsite). As well as the onsite trout pool, some of the best coarse fishing in the country is available in the nearby River Teme (renowned for barbel, chub, grayling and salmon). Ask at the campsite for the best access points. A Birmingham Anglers Association ticket(01562 882116) is required. For some shops to pass the time, try Tenbury Wells – there's also a good collection of pubs and high street restaurants – or head a little further to renowned Ludlow, with many tourist attractions including the castle (01584 873355) and annual food festival (01584 873957).Food & Drink
The nearest pub is The Tally Ho (01886 853241) a characterful, 14th-century inn in Hanley Broadheath, around a mile and a half away. The Talbot (01584 781941) in Newnham Bridge (2 miles) is also recommended, while The Baiting House (01886 853201) in Upper Sapey (4 miles) is worth the extra couple of miles for it's exceptional food and good range of local ales and ciders. Pets are also welcome.Extras

Alpaca Trekking Experience (Adult)
Our Alpaca Trekking Experience provides a 3 hour adventure you will never forget and will very likely wish to repeat time and again. Whether as an individual trekker, with family or friends or as a member of a larger organised group.
We provide an insight into the wonderful world of Alpacas. You will then choose your own Alpaca from our herd, learn about their adorable and inquisitive characteristics and prepare the Alpaca with halter and lead ready to start the trek! He / she will be very friendly, gentle and biddable.
The Trek is approximately 4 miles through the beautiful Teme Valley, West Worcestershire countryside.
On return to Temevale we offer light refreshments to conclude your experience.
Alpacas are lead by the trekker on halter and lead, gracefully enjoying the trek as much as the person leading. We run Alpaca Trek adventures throughout the calendar year.
