The Owner Says
Our glamorous Yurts are fully equipped with towels and bedding so that you don't have to load your car with unnecessary camping equipment – save the space for your souvenirs! Each luxurious Mongolian Yurt comes with its own cold water supply and there are fully equipped toilet and shower facilities a short walk away. About Glamping West Midlands
Suitable For
Glamping couples, families, groups—yes. Sorry, no dogs allowed due to the animals on the adjacent smallholding.Nearby
The high heath and woodland escarpment of Kinver Edge is just 4 miles west of Stourbridge. This history is positively hued into the rock of this popular beauty spot and tourist attraction. There are two Iron Age hill forts here as well as the last surviving troglodyte dwellings in England. These remarkably well-preserved cave houses were occupied up until the 1950s. Local legend has it that the enchanting hermitages provided the inspiration for one the region's most famous son's, J.R.R. Tolkien, when conjuring his iconic Hobbiton. The industrial heritage of the region is vividly brought to life at the Black Country Museum and Ironbridge Gorge Museum. To see the best of the local wildlife, Highgate Common is abuzz with fascinating insects and vibrant flora—little wonder then it's a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest. If shopping is on your agenda, the Bridgnorth Saturday Markets and Birmingham Bull ring are both within driving distance. If you're visiting around early September, be sure to check out the Ludlow Castle food festival.
Food & Drink
The Fox in nearby Stourton serves up some decent pub grub. If you fancy pushing the boat out, The Six Ashes in Bobbington serves refined and innovative cusine, making excellent use of the best in Black Country produce. Speaking of local delicacies, why not stick some famously tasty Staffordshire beef steaks on your barbeque back at camp? The Red Lion pub and hotel in Bobbington is a family-friendly country residence that serves up great modern cuisine and also has a large children's playground and beer garden.

Made to feel so welcome!
Terrible
Response from Glamping West Midlands
I'm sorry Kieran felt he had such a poor experience. It's a shame he didn't discuss any of these issues with me at the time of his stay in July.
There has never been a house party as all of the barns owners are elderly and not within earshot of the site!
I am never rude and certainly wouldn't swear at my paying guests!
I have never advertised a private hot tub. There is a hot tub that I clean out daily and allocate each guest a daily slot.
I do not allow dogs other than my own on my site as I have a collection of rare breed animals. My guests and their children regularly ask for my dogs to play with them as they are extremely friendly, as my reviews will show. If Kieran's partner was allergic to dogs it would have been useful to inform me and I would have kept them in.
Excellent escape
Amazing weekend
