In less than a 10-minute drive, campers can get to both the Porthpean and Duporth beaches. The former is a short sandy coast situated in front of a cliffside vista lined with trees, while the latter is a lengthier sand and pebble beach with rock pools for the kids to explore in low tide. Peaceful, convenient, spacious, pretty.. perfect!

We could not fault our stay at Menagwins. The scenery is really pretty, with swallows dipping and diving around, and some rather spectacular sunsets. The owners were really helpful and friendly, and the site could not be better placed for getting to local attractions. Compost loo and shower were clean, and added something special to the experience. Great place to go if you prefer a basic, peaceful place to stay!

Blissful and quiet

We arrived called the number on the sign and spoke to a really nice lady who welcomed us. We pitched up at the top of the field, with great views. The site was quiet with distant activity just auditable. Located far enough out of town to be quite but close enough to be great for supplies it was a perfect position. From the site we explored Truro, Mounts Bay, Lands End and Charlestown. I would go back to this site, it had everything you could need and located well.
