Railway 5 - Wild Camping - Private Pitch (39 at Cornish Tipi Holidays & Camping)
The Owner Says
A lovely sunny pitch along a disused train line. Offers seclusion and character and has its own water standpipe & fire pit - 10 m long & 4 m wide, would suit a small family tent: 5m x 3m maximum size (Please note, no trailer tents permitted.)
Cars are not permitted on the grass or to park next to tents on this private pitch. Camping equipment can be dropped off at the pitch, then cars are parked in the car park a short walk away.
Toilet and shower facilities are separate and located a short walk away.

Take the M5 to Exeter then the A30 to Okehampton and Launceston. Turn right onto the A395 to Camelford. Just before Camelford turn right at Collan’s Cross onto the B3314 to Delabole. Follow the road out of Delabole for a couple of miles, then turn left for St Teath at the Port Gaverne crossroads. Stay on the road curving around to the right, over an old railway bridge, then take first right before Normansland Cottage, and go down the track.
The nearest station is Bodmin Parkway, or fly to Newquay then take a taxi.
