The Owner Says

The Site

With 37 pitches the main field offers large perimeter pitches for families and small groups. Dogs are welcome on Tom’s Field, but we do expect them to be well behaved and the owners to clean up after them. We welcome guests with tents and camper vans only, sorry no caravans or electric hook up.

We are a small, quiet, family orientated site and do not allow large loud groups to stay. In order for our guest to enjoy the beautiful peaceful surroundings we have a no noise after 11.30 pm policy, and no music at any time.

Facilities

Tom’s Field has a permanent toilet and shower block. Both the ladies and gents have 2 showers, proper flushing toilets and on the outside of the block there are two washing up sinks with hot water. We can also offer ice pack freezing at reception and phone charging all free of charge. We hire fire pits and sell small logs, kindling and British made charcoal. Each morning a small community run shop, from the village of Woodgreen, visits Tom’s Field bring essentials including freshly baked bread and milk.

Following the success in 2015 of the Wood Fired Pizza’s and the Fish & Chip Van we are pleased to announce that we will be offering this service again this year on the Saturday nights (Sunday’s too on Bank Holidays).

Wow fab location ! Exceptionally well run.

We arrived at this fab location and small site. It was eceptionally well run, and every effort had been made for a environmentally friendly stay. Just across the road the New Forest beckoned and fab walks. Fordingbridge town just down the road with fab park and River to paddle board or swim or just enjoy a picnic. Lots to do further a field too if there for more than a few days. Site showers and toilets kept to high standard and no music at night meant relaxing stay with Adult only field ir family friendly. Dogs welcome and we enjoyed taking ours. Really can't wait to return !

Well-run campsite with great facilities.

Lovely location. Great onsite facilities, nice, clean and easy for all the usual stuff - toilets, showers, washing up. Also nice to have access to charging points and fridge/freezer space. Easy reach of Fordingbridge and pub. We enjoyed nice campfires around the firepits that are available to rent. Very helpful staff (they sorted out our flat battery immediately!). Would definitely go again.

LOVED IT!

Such a stunning place to stay. The views are exceptional, the facilities were great and clean at all times. Pizza on the Saturday evening is a must, fresh stone baked. We will be booking again for next year and are looking forward to introducing another family to the site.

Excellent Safe Friendly

Stayed for three days, the staff are very friendly and helpful and are about all day. The site and facilities are clean and kept clean the whole time. The field is secure and out of site of the road, so I was happy to leave my stuff there and the site is safe for young ones to wonder about and play. The location is in a really nice spot and is a great base for hiking and cycling adventures, it is also a great location for star gazing, we were there during the Perseid meteor shower, we walked five mins away from the campsite and had a great view of the natural light show. There is a pizza van that visits and you can even have afternoon tea delivered to your tent. There is a pub a short walk away that serves food, you wont leave hungry after a meal there. We had a great stay at Toms field and would recommend it, we will definitely be camping there again.

Another happy stay

This was our second stay at Tom’s Field. The views, facilities, ease of getting to other places (we went to Moors Valley Park - which is great for kids, especially the Go Ape) is brilliant. We were excited to introduce our friends to the site this year. We have it a collective 9/10
